Company presentation
The excursion by the Lower Austrian school from the Weinviertel region took place as part of the Top League. Through a graduate who is now employed by us, contact was established between MOLL-MOTOR and the HAK.
The Top League is an optional course for pupils in years 2 to 4 with good or excellent results. The aim is to acquire additional skills and gain (international) experience. Workshops, events and company visits are organized for this purpose.
After a brief welcome, we started with a prepared presentation in our meeting room. In addition to introducing our company, including our company history, we focused on our product portfolio. The aim here was to explain the products to our visitors from the business world as clearly as possible. Exciting projects such as the theater drives in Seoul illustrated the application of our drives. Flat and bevel geared motors as well as drive motors with double brakes are used to control the scenery and lighting above the artists’ heads.
Business management in practice
Our presentation then gave the students an exclusive insight into how business knowledge from theory is put into practice. Sales activities and marketing activities in the B2B sector, warehousing principles and the working world at SMEs were key topics. This made it possible to build on and expand the know-how already acquired in business administration.
Finally, we gave our guests a tour of our warehouses and a look inside the workshop. Any questions that arose during the tour were answered in peace and quiet.
We were very pleased with the interest shown during the visit and the good contact with vocational colleges in our area.
