On the initiative of Martin Gradner MSc, students of the HTL Hollabrunn and the ERASMUS KA121 partner school Institut Mariano from Barcelona visited us. The excursion started with a company presentation by our managing director Mag. Gernot Schandl in one of our meeting rooms. Besides general facts about MOLL-MOTOR, our products and services, there was also an insight into the practical working life. For example, the following points were addressed: What skills are needed in technical sales? What business challenges are encountered in everyday work? What are the special features of B2B business?
After the presentation our guests had the possibility to ask questions. This opportunity was actively used and there was an exciting exchange between teachers, students and us. The questions were about the company MOLL-MOTOR, the most common applications of drive technology, as well as technical aspects of efficient electric motors. Finally, a tour of the company was on the agenda, where our guests were able to take a look at our warehouse, our workshop, our winding shop and our offices.
